Tata Indicom listens to the heart
Contract Advertising Mumbai is behind a new campaign for Tata Indicom. The cell phone network scenario in India is extremely competitive and dynamic. It’s a sector where the demand for better service is soaring everyday and in just a few year, it has become the most widely used modes of communication across the country.
“It’s imperative today that every person, whether it’s the taxi driver, the launderer, the flower vendor, the cobbler or the student must have a cell phone,” said Contract Executive Creative Director Ravi Despande.
In the busier Indian cities people are always hooked on phones, tryingto get their point across and often failing to do so because of thehigh congestion on these networks. Tata Indicom has occupied theposition of being the “listener” and “Suno Dil Ki Awaaz” literallytranslates as “Listen To The Heart”. The new Tata Indicom campaign isabout how its digitally advanced CDMA network allows people to hear notjust what is spoken but the emotions that are left unarticulated. These spots are a study in observation of Breath and Laughter and theidea will be extended to other non-verbal manners speaking as well.”
