Asians well represented on NY Festivals jury
New York Festivals 2010 International Advertising Awards has announced its Grand Jury selections. The Grand Jury represents 48 countries worldwide and jurors were selected from the following countries: China, India, Japan, Korea, Philippines, and Thailand.
Prominent Chinese advertising executives appointed to the 2010 jury: Donald Chan (left), CEO for TBWA China, judging Outdoor Advertising; Tony Liu, Executive Creative Director for AEIOU, judging Print; John Vakidis, Executive Creative Director for AKQA, judging Digital & Interactive; and CheeGuan Yue, Executive Creative Director for Grey Worldwide, judging Television/Cinema. In addition, Doug Schiff and Kevin Lee, both Executive Creative Directors for OgilvyOne, will judge the Digital & Interactive competition.
