Y&R Singapore brings Camellia Tan on board as Senior Regional Account Director

Y&R Singapore has appointed Camellia Tan as Senior Regional Account Director. Tan will be responsible for leading the Caltex business and will also work on the LG account, where she will also report in to Alicia Carey, Regional Group Account Director on LG.

Tan comes to Y&R with a strong track record of managing technology accounts at a regional level.  She joins the agency from Publicis Modem Singapore where she managed a team of six on the Hewlett-Packard Personal Systems Group account, overseeing 14 local markets across the AP region. Prior to that, she has managed other IT accounts including Microsoft (AP) at McCann Erickson, and Lenovo (SEA) at OgilvyOne Singapore.

Y&R is the global Agency of Record for Caltex and worked on the business since 2003.  All work for Caltex’s markets worldwide is handled by Y&R, with Singapore as the Global Hub. Y&R has a global relationship with LG, led out of Y&R New York.  Y&R Singapore manages the Global MC business and houses the AP Hub team since the beginning of 2010.
