CASE STUDY: Scope is a not-for-profit organisation in Australia whose mantra is ‘See the person, not the disability’.
Rock band Rudely Interrupted are living proof of this message, with 5 out of the 6 band members living with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
Acting as music promoters, Leo Burnett Melbourne released a single, created a music video and launched a national tour to show the whole country how capable people living with a disability really are.
