O&M Mumbai get trees to say thank you

No matter how much communication Vodafone India sent customers to stop using paper bills and switch to electronic bill (e-bill), majority of them never listened or responded. So Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai decided to hang from trees huge speech blurbs with personalised thank you messages to all those Vodafone customers who had switched to e-bill. This exercise was carried out in their immediate neighbourhoods. This didn’t just acknowledge and celebrate their contribution but went on to inspire thousands of others who walked past these installations.
