Stephen Mui and Cheong Yew Fei join DDB China

DDB has hired Stephen Mui as Executive Creative Director of DDB Guoan based in Beijing, as well as Cheong Yew Fei as Group Creative Director for DDB Shanghai Group.

Mui (left) will lead the creative team from of DDB’s Beijing-based agency. With more than 20 years of experience he has worked with numerous global agencies in roles including Managing Partner and ECD of Leo Burnett Guangzhou and Managing Partner and ECD for Newsun JWT Guangzhou. Before joining DDB Mui was Integrated ECD for Sapient Nitro China.

Prior to joining DDB, Yew Fei was Executive Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi/TeamOne Asia and Creative Director at McCann Erickson Shanghai. He also worked at Grey Shanghai and Beijing, BBDO Beijing, DY&R and Bates Malaysia.
