Yen’s expertise will enhance Isobar’s capabilities of the account servicing as well as driving the agency’s Online to Offline service (O2O). Prior to this, Yen was Senior Insight and Innovation Officer at Dentsu Aegis Network Taiwan.

Edith Chou, General Manager of Isobar Taiwan, said, “In an era of increasing demand for digital creativity and through the line communication strategies, it has become even more important to provide clients with Online to Offline (O2O) services to successfully drive their digital business. At Isobar we believe in attracting ‘liquid talent’, leaders who come from and can bring ideas to life across all disciplines. Nick has strong experience covering digital and integrated marketing communications, strategic planning, CRM as well as account servicing. Therefore Nick’s appointment will not only help increase our offering to clients it will also encourage our team of digital pioneers to continue to push the boundaries to further strengthen our digital leadership across the region.”

On his appointment Yen said, “With most consumers ‘always-on’ and devices continually connected to each other, the ‘line’ between online and offline communication is getting more and more blurred. In other words, pure offline communication barely exists. As a result, delivering Ideas without Limits which work across disciplines is essential to help brands connect with their customers and this is what Isobar does so well. This is the reason why I joined Isobar as it is one of the most exciting companies in one of the most dynamic industries, I’m delighted to work with such passionate and energetic colleagues and look forward to working together to deliver even more for our clients.”
