Achuthan joined BBDO in 2003 as business head where she led several accounts including MARS, Wrigley, FedEx, Fonterra, ICI and Visa. Managing Director since 2011, Achuthan has helped the Agency to become the most awarded in Malaysia.

Jean-Paul Burge, chairman and CEO, BBDO Asia said: “Michelle has been a great colleague over the years. We will all miss her and wish her well for her future endeavours. I have full confidence that John can take up where she’s left off and continue to develop the Agency into the best in Malaysia.”

Teoh is a well-decorated communications veteran with experience across a host of local and international multi-national brands such as Maxis, KFC, HSBC, Petronas and Tourism Malaysia over a career that has spanned the last 20 years. While focused on business success for clients, Teoh is equally passionate about driving creativity. During his time, BBDO Malaysia has won 2 Golden Kancils back-to-back, earning the title of Agency of the Year as well as winning at Cannes, Adfest and more. Teoh has been with BBDO Malaysia since 2011 and was promoted to general manager in 2014.
