Daniel Cohen joins Indigo Asia Production
Animation director Daniel Cohen has joined the director roster at Indigo Asia Production for representation in Asia.
“When we all saw Daniel’s reel we loved its originality but agreed we’d never seen a script out here quite like it” said Miles Johnson, managing director of Indigo.
“Which was exactly the reason we took him on. Daniel’s imagination and stop frame animation can make a routine table top script that little bit special.”
“I have long been a huge fan of all visual arts from Asia so the idea of working there, excites me tremendously,” said Cohen.
“Joining a successful and experienced company such as Indigo is a perfect opportunity as they clearly know the market and how best to showcase my work. They have a strong and varied roster, yet Miles and I felt there was a gap for my style of work.”
“I believe my passion for animation and hand crafted films that has developed whilst a director at Aardman is something that I will bring to Indigo. I look forward to working with agencies across the region in creating interesting and imaginative work.”
