Addiction Advertising was responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of BCA’s Window Safety Days campaigns since 2014. Just last month, the agency also won BCA’s Project BUILD Competition 2016 publicity campaign.

The Window Safety Days campaign seeks to increase public awareness on window safety among homeowners and tenants of high-rise apartments in HDB and private estates, in particular older housing estates and encourage them to Clean, Check and Change (if necessary) their windows on 6/6 and 12/12 every year.

As of December 2015, statistics released by BCA and HDB revealed that the number of fallen windows has dropped to a 10-year low.

“Having partnered BCA since 2014, we are delighted to be reappointed as their creative agency for Windows Safety Days 2016 & 2017 campaigns. We are encouraged by the smaller number of fallen windows reported last year and seek to do better by continuing to engage and remind Singaporeans in a fun and creative way, to be socially responsible and observe window safety.” said Lionel Lim, Managing Director, Addiction Advertising.
