GOVT Singapore makes two senior hires following National Gallery account win
GOVT Singapore has hired Senior Copywriter Rayner Seah (right) and Senior Account Manager Kevin Seah (left).
Rayner joins GOVT Singapore from JWT Singapore, where he spent the past 10 months working on the Changi Airport and Central Provident Fund (CPF) portfolios. Prior to his stint in JWT, he spent two and a half years in Publicis Singapore, working on the likes of AXA, Scoot, Audi, Citibank and L’Oreal. Rayner has also previously spent time in M&C Saatchi and TBWA Singapore.
Rayner has been awarded at Spikes Asia, AdFest, Effies and the Singapore Creative Circle Awards for his work.
Kevin Seah joins GOVT Singapore as Senior Account Manager from independent creative agency Goodfellas, and spent the past three and a half years working under renowned industry veteran, Patrick Low. He started his advertising career in JWT Singapore, spending 2 years in the network agency and working on a regional and local scope for Unilever’s Sunsilk, Nokia and Pizza Hut.
In GOVT Singapore, he will lead a team of three to work on the recently won National Gallery Singapore and Centrum accounts.
Managing Director, Leon Lai said, “Rayner and Kevin are two whom we’ve had our eyes on for some time. They are smart, tenacious, and they have that bit of a creative temper. We like that, as long as they don’t try to burn the office down if things don’t go their way. Jokes aside, these two boys will surely improve the work from the agency.”
