AdFest 2009: Day One
AdFest held their first awards presentation last night and alreadystunned some of the delegates by moving whole categories to differentnights. At last night’s show The Young Lotus and Design categories wereawarded as well as presentations for both The Cup 2008 and the GunnAsia Pacific results, however the planned Design and Print Craftpresentations were moved to tonight.
The reason given for the movewas that the presentations had taken too long and AdFest wanted peopleto attend the scheduled Welcome Party.
It was also announced that the Cyber Lotus was to move from the Saturdaygala presentation totonight, but this has now been reversed and will remain as planned on Saturday night. Tonight’s show will recognise the winners of the Press Lotus, Poster Lotus, Film CraftLotus and New Director Lotus, in addition to the Design and Print Craft categories.
