So much effort for an average idea.
I hear Saatchi Vietnam beat Creative Juice/G1 fair and square in a regional pitch to win this business….jolly good.
Also, the vietnamese consumer would love images of invading americans.
Average idea??!!
I’d like to see your book 6.56!
Dunno about average but it certainly isn’t new. Fallon McElligott did this idea at least 20 years ago for a retouching house. They took famous historic photographs and doctored them. The famous picture of a Vietnamese Police Chief firing a bullet into the head of a suspected vietcong…they replaced the pistol with a hair dryer…and so on. The line, i think, was Retouching is everything. Won shitloads of metal, dont care if it was scam as it was brilliant.
This one tho has zero insight…strange way to get people to want to buy a Tamiya Model Ship tho…wait a minute, thats not the objective is it? The objective here is to employ a tacky pun to say look how clever I am to award judges.
