World cuisine according to Eno

India is experimenting with different cuisines but along the way some tummies revolt. Ogilvy & Mather New Delhi have created this poster campaign for Eno designed with food representing various regions in the world and their cuisines. The posters were put up at food courts and restaurants to let people know that Eno is always on hand.

“The posters were put up at food courts and restaurants to let people know that Eno is always on hand.”
That’s the oldest trick in the books to get a scam idea entered ‘legally’ into the poster awards. Of course, Ogilvy would never do that. Would they?
Look remarkably similar to the other ‘award’ work Ogilvy Singapore did for Eno.
I agree with the comments.
How is this advertising?
It’s just beautiful pictures made up of food. Wholly bland decoration in a food environment, yet surely communication must first surprise the viewer to get attention?
At least if the images depicted turmoil there could be argued some sort of link with the claimed strategy.
The thing that gives me indigestion is that this nonsense will likely walk away with metal from award shows, further perpetuating the destructive navel gazing of the industry that has all but destroyed any semblance of its credibility.
It stinks.
India is pumping too many scam ads. I think they have dethroned Singapore.
Is Eno the new Scrabble? I guess Hot Wheels and Pandadol (the award ads, not the ones that run) are old hat now.
But scam or not, this will not trouble the judges in any event.
