Bobbi Gassy resigns to go freelance

Campaign Brief Asia can reveal that former Batey Ads Singapore ECD Bobbi Gassy – for a decade BWM Sydney’s respected head of art and one of the most awarded art directors in Australia – has left the agency and plans to consult to other agencies and clients.

BWM creative chairman, Rob Belgiovane, who is currently on vacation in Los Angeles, told CB he was “very sad to see him go. Bobbi’s a genius. Combining BAM Sydney and BWM Sydney he’s been my art director for 16 years.”

Gassy spent two years working in Singapore prior to returning to Australia to join BWM.

Gassy told Campaign Brief Asia: “It was a pleasure to work with Rob, Jamie and Paul over the last 10 years at BWM, they have been family. It’s now time for the next stage.”
