Draftfcb China celebrates Chinese New Year
January 18 is an auspicious day in the lunar calendar. Draftfcb China’s Chinese New Year Spring Dinner was celebrated at Bund 18 – China’s most sought after waterfront estate. Bund 18 was formerly the Chinese headquarters for the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, the stunning column-fronted building was built by the British in 1923. It was a night of great food, great fun at a great venue – French restaurant Mr & Mrs Bund.
Chinese New year is a time for reunion and thanksgiving. With the different offices coming together as a big family, Pully Chau, Greater China CEO hosted the ‘big reunion dinner’ for the first time since taking over the reign in July 2010. Over the last few months Draftfcb China saw a new management team with Eddie Wong coming on board as National ECD, Michael Chang as VP/Business Development, Dick Chan as Head of CID.
