Designed to help those already in leadership positions or preparing to step up to the role, the course combines seven days of targeted classroom sessions at the Berlin School with seven days of full and guided access to the Cannes Lions 2011 Festival programme, including VIP entry to all galas and award ceremonies.

Across the two weeks in Berlin and Cannes, the programme gives participants the tools, insights and actionable ideas they need to help them deliver long-term creative excellence in their organisations.
