New group account director appointment at iris

iris Singapore has appointed Lisa Mehydene as group account director. Mehydene joins from one of Dubai’s leading independent agencies Expression and will start this week, reporting in to the agency’s managing director Craig Mapleston. She is the third hire the agency has made this month, following the appointment of Lawrence Stevenson and Kim Lim last week, and was one of 70 candidates to apply following the launch of the agency’s mock recruitment site iQuit.com last month.

Mehydene will drive several of iris’ key accounts, which include Audi, Asia Pacific Breweries and Emirates. Mehydene brings 10 years of experience gained at some of the world’s leading agencies including Y&R and Rapp, where she developed campaigns for brands such as Land Rover, Carling, Harvey Nichols, Air France, MasterCard and Unilever.
