Arming Liu rejoins Ogilvy Group

Arming Liu.jpgH-Line Ogilvy has announced that Arming Liu has rejoined the Ogilvy Group as Vice President of the PR agency, based in Beijing. In this role, Liu will provide key clients with communications counsel, strategic planning, and execution management support for their communications programs. His role will also encompass new business developmen tand strengthening the agency’s digital influence offerings.

He will report to Joe Yu, Managing Director of H-Line Ogilvy.

Arming is an exceptionally strong leader with over a decade of PR experience and deep knowledge of the technology and social media fields which will certainly benefit our clients. We are honored and very happy to have him back in the Ogilvy family,” said Joe Yu, Managing Director of H-Line Ogilvy.

Prior to joining H-Line Ogilvy, Arming spent nine years with Era Ogilvy Public Relations in Taipei. In 2009 Arming moved to Guangzhou with Ruder Finn and later joined Text 100 China as senior director and deputy managing consultant in Beijing.
