LOL. Very cool guys.
Kris Ng. Grrrrr
Oh, I get it, he assembled the shitty looking table to screw the girl on it. The woman assembled the chair to escape the mouse, and the boy assembled the cupboard to hide in. So why would an Asian agency use expat talent and such photography for a crappy furniture store with one outlet? I think they have award fever. Pity they don’t focus on the clients that pay their bills. While we are at it, what about the radio spot from Lowe for a little paint shop in Bishan (a small area in the tiny country of singapore). I rang the client and they loved it… because it was free. I asked when if it ran on air. It did/ The English ad run on a Chinese radio station. The ad won a silver at Cannes. Welcome to Singapore, home of the scam creative and masters of musical chairs. hee hee
already done. years ago. singapore sinking?
Hey 3:13PM,
It’s a fucking gold for Lowe. you didn’t win jack this year either, hunh?
Come on people. It’s a bit of fun. This is Publicis were are talking about here. Good for them.
Anyone got a link to the Lowe radio?
What a lousy piece of creative with no meaning lousy DI for some (ala the guy who wanted to screw the girl print…sorry that is the only relation I got from the ad). The idea is not sound at all. The furniture could have been completed way before the individual ‘incident’ occur.
If there is no great idea then save it as their personal wallpaper.
Is that Kris on the table?
Oddly, the two without the gratuitous sex are better and more memorable than the one with. Yes obviousw scam, and big pic / tiny logo are kinda outa fashion this year. But for a scams, these are fun.
Get with it people. I am sure Publicis is very happy with their Lion while you all are happy with your keyboards.
It’s not my favourite campaign but I agree with 10.08. Let Publicis have some fun.
I hear Publicis has good accounts. And all they can come up with is for a DIY store?
Is this how you justify scam. Let them have some fun? U are obviously from the agency. Who is Ajay?
You have a point there 3:07. But I kinda like the ads still. Interesting to know who actually came up with the idea and really deserves the credit.
Well said 3:07. Try to win awards on big accounts publicis. Like ddb Singapore.
