Y&R Malaysia appoints Caroline Bal as CSD

Y&R Malaysia as appointed Caroline Bal as Client Services Director.

Bal relocates from Jakarta, where she headed up Momentum during its evolution from purely events, to a full BTL solutions agency, and helmed it to a number of new business wins.

During 12 years in the advertising industry, since graduating from the University of Kentucky, Bal has worked for a number of multinational agencies including G2 and Ogilvy & Mather, and two previous stints with Y&R working on the agency’s biggest accounts including Caltex and Campbell’s Soup. In 2005, Bal was named Y&R’s ‘Power Suit – Manager of the Year’.

Other account experience includes OCBC, Singapore Tourism Board, Nestle, BAT, Tiger Beer, P&G and Volvo.
