JWT Shanghai has focused on integrating digital capabilities into other core disciplines over the last two years, offering truly integrated marketing solutions to clients. The agency has created a series of successful integrated campaigns for clients across a wide range of sectors, including Sofy, HSBC, Listerine, Starbucks and Bayer, which, in turn, have attracted a growing roster of local clients seeking the same services.

“We have invested heavily in our digital capabilities over the last few years, and are now setting the standard in China for integrated communications. We’ve brought Gerald on board to add to this momentum,” said Eric Lee, Managing Director of JWT Shanghai. “He’s got a keen, analytical mind and is a true team builder for excellence.”

Hu, who has worked as a business director at DDB China, Young & Rubicam Shanghai, and EuroRSCG Shanghai, has substantial experience managing teams charged with delivering integrated campaigns, spanning above the line, digital and CRM executions, for companies like Shanghai Volkswagen, LG Electronics, Dell and GAP.

“Digital channels are getting dominant throughout consumer journey. With the digital momentum ever made, JWT Shanghai will keep pushing forward the front for client. Joining JWT is really exciting,” said Hu.
