Nikon signs retainer with Go Communications

Nikon Malaysia has signed a retainer with GO Communications following the agency’s successful launch of the company’s Penang office in November 2011.

The Nikon brand is renowned around the world for its design, development, manufacturing and marketing of a range of optical, photographic and optoelectronic products. The company history dates back to 1917.

Last year Nikon launched several new Digital SLR cameras, among which were the D5200, D600, D3200 and D800. David Ng, (pictured left) Nikon General Manager, Consumer Products Marketing Department said, “The decision to appoint GO Communications was an easy one as they were very successful during their appointment on a project basis”.

Ng added, “GO Communications strives always to get the best results and the team is passionate in their work”.

GO Communications COO Peter de Kretser (pictured right) said, “It is truly exciting to be working with a leading global player in the digital camera industry”. De Kretser added, “We were given the challenge to meet expectations on a project basis which we achieved with a great team. The reward was the signing of a retainer contract with Nikon”.
