Adam Marshall leaves OMD in Perth to take up the Asia Pacific Head of Trading position with Mindshare, based in Singapore
Mindshare Asia Pacific has lured OMD WA’s Managing Director Adam Marshall to Asia as its new Head of Trading, Asia Pacific.
Marshall (left), who will be based in Singapore, replaces Nick Binns, who moves to his newly expanded role at GroupM as Deputy Head of Trading for Asia Pacific.
Marketforce Perth CEO John Driscoll last week confirmed to Campaign Brief that Marshall was leaving (Marketforce own the OMD license in Western Australia). An official press release is coming tomorrow once clients have been fully notified, however Mindshare Asia Pacific released the news yesterday.
Ashutosh Srivastava, Mindshare Chairman for Emerging Markets, said, “This is the best time to be in our industry. Mindshare along with GroupM is making significant investments to lead the market developments in this area. Adam’s appointment is part of that plan to accelerate this development, and enhance the value we create for our clients through better trading, in this complex and changing marketplace.”
Marshall previously worked for The Brand Agency, Maxus and Initiative in Western Australia. He joins Mindshare in September.
