Nineteen Asian entries make the cut at shortlist stage of LIA Design judging – Ogilvy lead the tally

Olfa.jpgThis year’s 28th London International Awards Design & Package Design jury, led by Alexander Schill, chief creative officer, serviceplan, has concluded judging in Las Vegas.

In total, 74 entries made it through to the Shortlist stage, including nineteen from Asia.

Ogilvy & Mather Thailand and Ogilvy & Mather India, New Delhi (Gurgaon) have both been  shortlisted three times. O&M Thailand all for Olfa Cutter – Cut to Build in the Art Direction, Client Promotion and Environmental Installations/Displays categories. O&M New Delhi for Philiips LED Torch in both the Art Direction and Use of Photography categories and WWF India in the Poster Campaign category.

Japan agencies lead the tally with 7 shortlisted pieces of work, followed by India with 6, Thailand with 4, and China and The Philippines with one each.
