India + China lead the Outdoor category at Spikes Asia with 15 and 12 shortlists respectively

A total of 50 entries made it through to the shortlist stage from the 605 entries received in the category. China is the next best performing country in Outdoor with 12, Singapore has 6, Vietnam has 4, Malaysia and Hong Kong have 3 each. Taiwan and Japan have 1 shortlist each.

McCann Worldgroup India has the most number of 8 shortlists including three for Perfetti Van Melle “Tangerine, Mango and Pear” Big Babol campaign and three for Premier Tissues “Cat Milk, “Bear Honey and Camel Water” and a further two for Premier Tissues “Cat Milk and Camel Water”.

BBDO Proximity Singapore’s highly fancied Guinness poster campaign of 5 executions, already a Gold winner at international shows like Cannes and Clio, also made the cut.

Other notable shortlists invlude “Sound of Honda” from Dentsu Tokyo; the Porsche 911 “Rear Horsepower” campaign via Fred & Farid Shanghai; the Colgate Palmolive “Turning Packaging into Education” campaign via Red Fuse/Y&R Myanmar; and the Schick “Ferret, Stoat, Weasel’ campaign via Y&R New Zealand.
