Scarecrow India celebrates its fifth anniversary with a digital poll between offices

Top5 Films.jpgScarecrow Communications India turned five this week. With 45 brands, two offices and phone lines that never stop ringing with new biz enquiries and the story has been pretty much the same, every day, for 5 eventful years.

Hence, when it came to celebrating their 5th anniversary, they just didn’t have the time to prepare for the usual big bash, but that didn’t stop them from celebrating it, in an unusual way, online. Scarecrow conducted a digital poll amongst their Delhi and Mumbai employees to vote for things they cherish the most about Scarecrow – from campaigns to initiatives and even ex-employees! Here they share the results….

A guerrilla tactic which got superstar Hrithik Roshan talking about the brand. By spending in thousands, not crores.

A one-of-its-kind campaign, which saw tie-burning parties held in 9 Indian cities to fuel the hatred against ties and boring formals and launch Vimal’s Unformal range.

Besides these 5 questions, there were other fun polls too. Like the account management guys were asked to vote for their favourite creative person and vice versa, hottest talent under 30, favourite brand, the most significant new biz win etc.

The results too, will be disclosed to the agency folks in an unusual fashion. They will be printed on the big 5th Anniversary cake. Well, who says, you can’t have your cake and eat it too!
