Leo Burnett’s Spikes Asia Closing Party: Inhaling gin + tonics, Avatars and LED tron dancers

Produced and sponsored by Leo Burnett, the Spikes Asia Closing Party was held at The Clifford Pier located at the iconic Fullerton Bay Hotel. It was a fantastic party and proved a great ending to another successful Spikes Asia Festival.
In its heyday, Clifford Pier was one of the busiest ports in the world by day and transformed into a meeting point for local artists and musicians by night. It is this rich history and heritage that makes The Clifford Pier a befitting venue for the brightest creative talents in Asia to gather for a last night of revelry as old meets new in breathtaking ways.
The inspiration for the event stems from Clifford Pier’s rich history, the party reflected an old meets new theme. Party highlights include these: instead of enjoying your favourite Gin & Tonic the old fashion way (well, drinking) we created a “Pregame Chamber” that lets you inhale your tipple. Instead of dancing in front of the room, we let guests be the Party Master via an Avatar that is triggered by your movements in a dance booth. The guests were also entertained by the spectacular LED Tron Dance Performances by Lumen dancers.
