Lim, who was among Creativity’s Top Ten Art Directors in 2014, joined BBH from BBDO Singapore in February 2015. At BBDO in both Malaysia and Singapore he worked under ECD Ronald Ng, who is now Chief Creative Officer of DigitasLBi North America.

Lim brings a breadth of experience and award-winning work with him. This Jeep campaign and his 2014 Guinness “Draught in a Bottle” work were both ranked No.1 most awarded campaigns globally in the Gunn Report. Lim was also instrumental in the creation and development of “World Under Water” – the 2014 FWA Web Project of the Year. During the span of his career, Lim has worked with clients such as IKEA, Nike, Google, Tiger Beer, Guinness, Mercedes-Benz, KFC, MINI, Pepsi and the United Nations.

He joins DigitasLBi at a time of great momentum. This year the agency launched the ‘World’s Fastest Dunkin’ Run’ campaign for Dunkin’, along with winning Gold at the North American Effies, and the prestigious D&AD White Pencil for the Whirlpool Care Counts campaign. Lim’s responsibilities include leading creative initiatives with Boston-based clients such as Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and more.
