Chips more.jpgFCB Jakarta has partnered Mondelēz South East Asia in launching a new regional campaign for Chips Ahoy! under the ‘Take it Easy’ platform. Following the success of the 2015 campaign which introduced the Cookie guy spokes characters who are on a mission to get the world to lighten up, the focus of 2016 is to continue on this journey and help consumers discover tasty hits of light hearted fun.

Chipsmore 2.jpgBryan Rakowski, Equity Director, Biscuits, Mondelēz International said, ” The Cookie guy character is based on a light hearted take on the world despite life’s hiccups. It’s a mind set that embraces life’s imperfections and yet sees the humor in it. This, as an insight resonates very well with the Indonesian and Malaysian millennials which has led to a great response to our launch campaign and the focus is to now further dial up our product credentials.”

“The spot called ‘Got Talent’ brings back our cookie guy characters to showcase the taste superiority but in the uniquely cookie guy signature way. The cookie is the hero, the focus of the spotlight, the delicious centre of the Baking show which helps Chips Ahoy! celebrate it’s irresitibility in a light hearted manner,” said Ravi Shanker, Regional Creative Director.
