BlackSheep.Works’ print campaign urges human rights organisations to stand up for Kashmiris

BlackSheep.Works_Anti-HR Watchdogs_1.jpgFollowing the summer uprising for upholding the right to self-determination, Kashmir is barricaded since the second week of July. The state has gagged the communication services including the Internet and phone lines multiple times, as well as banned the local newspapers to stop the news, of gross human rights abuses, from reaching the world. In such trying times when the human rights organizations should take a strong stand for the beleaguered Kashmiris and become their voice, these flag bearers of human dignity are just standing as mute spectators. Their criminal silence is killing the very people these organizations pledge to protect. This campaign by BlackSheep.Works is a strong reaction to their double standards from the self-respecting people of Kashmir.
