Cannes Contenders: Hakuhodo Indonesia
How will Asia Pacific perform at Cannes this year? In the lead up to the Festival, Campaign Brief Asia will be showcasing the work we hope will impress the judges…
Jakarta Globe – Scars of Misery
Hakuhodo Indonesia
Jakarta Globe, a daily online English language newspaper in Indonesia, created a series of print ads commemorating International Day of Peace 2017. The ads, developed in partnership with Hakuhodo Indonesia, depicts victims of war with horrendous and grotesque scars, shapes which when looked at in detail, illustrate the scenes in the battlefield, driving the message that while physical scars may heal, some scars, mentally, never really go away. The campaign aims to remind and educate the younger generation that conversation and compromise are not to be discounted in the effort of solving human conflicts.
We are inviting agencies to showcase your agency’s best chances at Cannes this year. Open to all Asian based agencies entering Cannes this year. Just email kim@campaignbrief.com with a paragraph or two on each of your best chances at this year’s festival. Include a link to the case study/TVC or supply jpegs if it is print.
