How will Asia Pacific perform at Cannes this year? In the lead up to the Festival, Campaign Brief Asia will be showcasing the work we hope will impress the judges…

Is it humanly possible to memorise the entire catalogue? To get people excited, IKEA found a girl (Yanjaa Wintersoul) and challenged her to memorise every page of the 2018 catalogue. This made the world interact with the catalogue in a whole new way. Everyone wanted to meet her, test her, pick up the catalogue and memorise some of the pages for themselves.

On 6th Sep 2017, Yanjaa was tested in front of thousands of screens on Facebook LIVE. Her story became the PR vehicle on the back of which, IKEA made the catalogue famous. The story spread through earned media in 124 countries. And made a lot more people pick up the catalogue and read it once again.

Meet your new coach: Nike used player data and design to transform iconic street courts in Manila to act as your coach. A court that trains you, chats with you, every step of the way.

Access greatness: Partnering with Google, the platform sends exclusive basketball training drills directly to your phone in FULL-HD, 100% Data-Free. Providing invaluable training to thousands of Filipino ballers who don’t have access to expensive data plans, raising the game on the street.

Art meets data on court: Illustrated by NYT best-selling artist, Arturo Torres, each of the five courts features a superhero version of a basketball star. Each element of the artwork is designed and positioned using actual player data.
