In China’s top-tier cities, mothers face a long list of health concerns for their families. From air pollution to water safety to food scandals, mothers’ attentions are focused on protecting their loved ones. With all of the concerns already present in day to day life, moms haven’t been paying enough attention to the small insects that can leave a big impact on their family: mosquitoes. This is particularly important given dengue cases have increased 30% in China. At worst, moms identify them as not a big deal or not worth agonizing over; and at best, they merely see them as “just a small bite” that can be avoided. Our primary objective was to raise awareness for the dangers of mosquito-borne dengue amongst mothers, and also encourage them to protect their families with Raid at the point of purchase.

BBDO Shanghai

There are more than 100 million stray animals in China, and most of them were abandoned by their original owners. Therefore, the RHR home was born. It is an animal rescue institution established by an individual who wanted to draw people’s attention to the important fact that pets aren’t trash to be abandoned. BBDO Shanghai developed a campaign to encourage people in China to adopt stray animals, and further educate people that they shouldn’t abandon their pets as garbage.

BBDO Beijing

In China, flowers are mostly sent to express love. Enoch & Lois Flowers wanted to grow its business and give people more reasons to buy and send flowers.

Flowers are the perfect way to say sorry and make up for your mistake; in some way, it can literally cover up your mistake. We developed posters to bring this idea to life, and in addition we created an installation with real flowers illustrating how flowers could beautifully cover up a mistake.
