Partnering with the creative and strategy teams, she will play a crucial role in developing innovative offerings and sharpening creative effectiveness to drive growth for businesses.
Siow is a global strategist with over 15 years of experience on iconic brand leaders and fresh disruptors in Europe, China, and Southeast Asia, creating work that has won multiple awards at Cannes Lions and Effie.
Previously, she was Head of Planning at J. Walter Thompson Singapore and Southeast Asia, and also senior strategist at BBH London. Notably, Siow first became part of the Ogilvy family several years ago as Planning Partner at Ogilvy Shanghai, where she built a strong portfolio of international and local clients across consumer-packaged goods, travel, tech and B2B sectors.
Chris Reitermann, CEO of Ogilvy Asia Pacific and Greater China said: “I’m thrilled to welcome Ida back to Ogilvy. As we enter a post-Covid era with new economic and geopolitical realities, now more than ever, we need bold thinking and exceptional creativity to help businesses not just survive but thrive. I can think of no better home to take on that challenge.”
