Jeff Orr to step down at TBWA Malaysia with Sa’ad Hussein set to replace him as CCO

Saad_Hussein.jpgSa’ad Hussein has been promoted to the position of Chief Creative Officer and Executive Director of the TBWA Group in Malaysia, including TBWA\Kuala Lumpur and Creative Juice\Kuala Lumpur. He will assume his new post on August 1, 2012, taking over from Jeff Orr who will step down in September but remain as a consultant to the TBWA Group in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.

 

Hussein (left) was most recently the Managing Director and Executive Creative Director of Creative Juice\Kuala Lumpur. He brings 24 years of advertising experience managing global brands such as Sony, Fuji Xerox, Nissan, Mandarin Oriental, Nando’s, Lam Soon, Mamee, Packet One and RHB. Hussein has won numerous creative awards including metal at Cannes Lions, One Show, London International and Spikes Asia.

Hussein pioneered the Creative Juice offering in Malaysia in 2007 and was instrumental in numerous award-winning, iconic campaigns for RHB, P1, Nissan and Nando’s. Under his leadership, Creative Juice\Kuala Lumpur’s business performance grew by 90% since inception.
